Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is hiring a Store Operations Associate to welcome donors, sort donations, and support the pricing and selection team. You will follow policies, keep your workstation clean and organized, and contribute to daily production goals.

In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service to donors and shoppers, ensure a safe work environment, and participate in ongoing safety activities. A high school diploma is preferred and a positive, inclusive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills; the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent decision-making skills and focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process donated goods for the store.
