Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Store Associate to welcome donors, receive donations and sort goods according to guidelines. You will support pricing and selection teams to meet daily production goals and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

In this role you will provide excellent customer service, engage with customers and donors, and follow loss prevention and safety procedures. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving donated goods and providing excellent customer service to donors.
• Sorting donated goods and supporting merchandise pricing and selection teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follows policies, procedures and directives in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work station.
• Handles donations/products per guidelines and provides PPE when needed.
• Contributes to safe operation by following safety and risk procedures.
