Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible for flexible hours across store shifts.
Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
High adaptability and flexibility for changing tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, moving product to sales floor.
Process donations of housewares, electronics, and other items for production and sales goals.
Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor.
Adhere to quality and production standards; track production daily.
Be aware of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
Identify items for Ecommerce; assist in overall daily store operations.
Provide quality customer service to customers, donors and staff.
Support organizational programs and events; assist in other tasks as needed.
Follow manuals, policies, and safety practices; communicate progress to supervisor.
