Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to store operations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, shoes, and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor.
• Know daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
• Assist Ecommerce with item selection for online listings.
• Support daily store operations and adapt to changing needs.
• Provide quality customer service to customers, donors and employees.
• Participate in organizational programs and events.
