Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Process donations including sorting, hanging, pricing and tagging to meet production and sales goals.
• Move product to the sales floor and restock as needed to maintain organization.
• Follow quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track daily production and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Support ecommerce item selection and assist in daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
