Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support daily store operations by processing donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and stocking product to meet production and sales goals. The role emphasizes quality service to customers, donors and staff while aligning with Goodwill's standards and policies.

This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a warehouse setting, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.

Responsabilités

• Process donations including sorting, hanging, pricing and tagging to meet production and sales goals.
• Move product to the sales floor and restock as needed to maintain organization.
• Follow quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track daily production and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Support ecommerce item selection and assist in daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
