Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations and customer service. You will sort, price, tag, and stock donations, ensuring quality and accurate placement on the sales floor, while meeting production goals.

The role requires physical work in a warehouse environment, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to learn equipment and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ years old due to store operations and legal compliance.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor.
• Process housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items with similar steps.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor; maintain quality and production standards.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor; know daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Assist Ecommerce by identifying items for online listing.
• Support daily store operations and safety procedures.
