Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a part-time Merchandise Processor at the Tilghman Store in Allentown, PA. You will process donations, price and tag items, stock the floor, and support overall operations and customer service with safety and quality standards in mind.

Responsibilities include sorting textiles and other donations, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting Ecommerce with item identification. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Ability to work in an open warehouse with varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving to sales floor to meet production goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Select items for Ecommerce department.
• Support overall daily store operations and customer service.
• Adhere to manuals, policies and safety requirements.
