Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Pennsylvania seeks a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations. You will sort, price, tag, hang, stock and rotate products while upholding quality standards and customer service.

The role is non-exempt, requires standing for long periods, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. You will report to the Production Manager and contribute to safe, efficient store operations and ecommerce item selection.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math required.
• Must meet performance standards
• Able to work in open warehouse with varying conditions
• Able to learn equipment/tech and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, pricing, tagging and moving to sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, shoes and other items.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Track daily production and meet store goals.
• Assist in daily operations and special projects as needed.
• Provide courteous customer service to donors and customers.
