Goodwill Keystone Area in Shrewsbury, PA is seeking a part-time Merchandise Processor to support store operations by processing donations, sorting, pricing, tagging and stocking merchandise while maintaining quality standards. You will help ensure the sales floor is appealing and organized, contributing to fast, friendly shopping experiences for donors and customers.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and perform simple math.
• Able to work in open warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Able to learn and use equipment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, moving product to sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and other items including sorting, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
• Select items for Ecommerce department.
• Assist in daily store operations and provide flexible support.
• Ensure quality customer service to customers, donors and employees.
• Support organizational programs and special events.
