Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donations processing, pricing, tagging, and stocking for the Donated Goods Retail team. The role emphasizes maintaining quality standards and assisting with daily operations to meet store production goals.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math are required.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
• Ability to work in an open warehouse environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking, rotating to the sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, shoes, and more for production goals.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor; follow quality/production standards.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor; meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Assist Ecommerce with item selection; support daily operations as needed.
