Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support store operations by processing donations, pricing and stocking items, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to daily workflow in a warehouse-style setting.

Primary duties include processing textiles, housewares, electronics, and other donations, maintaining organized floors, and assisting in daily operations to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18 years or older due to scheduling and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervision.
