MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Processor for the Kansas City Store - N Oak. The role supports our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!" by processing donations, stocking shelves, and serving customers with professionalism.

No degree is required; HS diploma preferred. You will handle donations, price items with AMI software, and maintain store cleanliness while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories per guidelines.
• Inspects donated/purchased goods to distinguish quality for floor, recycling, or online sales.
• Identify and price items within AMI pricing guidelines.
• Maintains high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stocks, straightens, rotates, and maintains store cleanliness.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person and by phone.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with team members and leadership.
• Uses safe work practices and keeps aisles unobstructed and hazard-free.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
