MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries seeks an energetic Retail Processor for the Leavenworth Store - Broadway. The role supports donations, sorts goods, and prices items for a fast-paced retail environment, while assisting customers and teammates.

No degree is required; HS diploma preferred. The position is hourly full-time with benefits and a monthly bonus program to reward performance.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse team.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donations and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online) per guidelines.
• Inspects items to determine suitability for sales floor, recycling, or online sales.
• Identifies and prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock organization.
