MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries seeks a Retail Processor for the OFallon MO Store to support daily donations processing, categorization, and pricing. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Mathematical skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect items to determine quality and suitability for sales floors or online channels.
• Price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and stock organization.
• Provide positive customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build positive relationships with teammates and leadership.
• Follow safe work practices to keep aisles clear and hazards minimized.
