MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is hiring for an energetic Retail Processor at the Overland Park Store - 135th. The role is hourly full-time with an hourly rate of $15.50 and a monthly bonus potential of up to $250.

The position involves donation handling, sorting goods, pricing, stocking, and delivering friendly customer service while upholding store standards and safety procedures. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories for sales floor, online, or outlet.
• Inspect goods to determine quality and suitability for various channels.
• Price items using AMI pricing software guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; rotate merchandise as needed.
• Provide positive customer service; greet and assist customers and donors.
• Keep relationships professional with teammates and leadership across teams.
