Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services in Fort Collins to welcome customers dropping off items and assist with unloading donations. You will ensure items are handled with care and sorted for sales or shipping, while maintaining a clean, safe donation area.

The role requires the ability to lift donations, work evenings/weekends, and provide friendly service at the donation center. This is a part‑time position with Daily Pay available and benefits including paid holidays

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Must be able to lift and move items and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about products.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins for sales floor or shipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized donation area and follow procedures.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks.
