Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to be the first contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and ADCs. You will greet customers, help unload donations from vehicles, and ensure items are handled with care.
You will also sort donations, inspect items, and maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting drivers and other teammates. This role requires basic computer skills and reliable weekend hours.
The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand‑alone donation centers (ADC). They provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers in a timely manner and helping as needed, which may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care and show respect for items donated.
Pay: $16.45 per hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay – work today, get paid today. Donation hours at our Stores are Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Part‑time employees in our Retail and Sales/Operations Division are eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave. All employees may also make pre‑tax or post‑tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan (must be 18 years of age to participate). Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: One (1) year of retail experience is preferred.
