Job summary

The Goodwill of Colorado Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC).

The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills to log into systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely manner and provide product information as needed.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization at donation centers.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks.
• Follow all center policies and procedures.
