Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items in a production setting, pricing and tagging products for the sales floor. You’ll help ensure the sales floor is well stocked and merchandise is presented to high standards.

The role may involve work in hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, or shoes, with occasional donations. Part-time hours and Daily Pay eligibility are available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess product quality and value, including pricing and research as needed.
• Color vision and accurate color judgment for product evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed productivity standards and KPI targets.
• Sort donated items by type and prepare items for sale (hang, size, price, tag).
• Inspect items and perform quick tests to ensure functionality.
• Price items according to quality standards and value; use internet or tools for research as needed.
• Maintain organized, stocked, and clean production and sales floor areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist staff and customers as needed.
• Rotate or pull old/un sold product to refresh selection.
• Assist with processing E-Commerce items as needed.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety rules.
