Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. in West Valley City, UT seeks a Supervisor for the Donation Door operations to ensure donor service, policy compliance, and efficient movement of goods.

The role may serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility and requires cross-training across Goodwill functions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed, with emphasis on coaching, scheduling, and driving operations.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance activities to include Management by Walking Around and personally participating in the physical work in the Donation Door area.
• Acts as a Driver of operations at the Donation Door - inspires, motivates, coaches, trains, monitors, and/or schedules the Donation Door team.
• Fills "out" positions
• Review Donation Door results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Conduct coaching conversations, as needed, to address deficiencies. Work with managers to request additional actions if/when coaching is not affecting the required result.
• Ensure Donation Door areas are organized and clean
• Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW
• Follows all policies and procedures outlined in the Retail Management Team Policy and Procedure Handbook
• Comply with, train staff, and ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in the Retail Associate Policy and Procedure Handbook are consistently enforced
