Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support store operations and customer service. You will process donations, sort, price, tag, stock and rotate products while meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling textiles, housewares, electronics, shoes and more, maintaining a tidy sales floor, achieving daily goals, and providing friendly service to customers and donors. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required for this role.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process donations by sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving products to the sales floor.
• Handle textiles, housewares, electronics, shoes and other items to meet production goals.
• Organize, rotate and replenish the sales floor and maintain QA standards.
• Maintain safety and follow store policies while assisting customers and donors.
• Track daily production and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Support additional tasks and events as needed.
