Qualifications

• No formal education is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to meet work-shift and state/federal labor law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet goals.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
• Select items for the Ecommerce department.
• Support and participate in store operations and events.
