Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations, driving the flow from donation door to sales floor while meeting budget and safety standards.

You will lead the backroom production team, ensuring hourly output and quality targets, maintaining an efficient, clean, and safe work area, and coordinating with transportation and district managers to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales, production, manufacturing, or assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise backroom production team to meet hourly production goals (min 110 garments per hour, quality 90%).
• Ensure donations flow from donation door to sales floor efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom environment.
• Monitor waste and maximize sellable merchandise while reducing loss.
• Conduct quality checks and manage stock counts on textile racks.
