Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations, ensuring flow from donation door to sales floor. You will lead the backroom team, maintain a safe, clean environment, and work to meet production and sales targets.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with transportation and districts, and performing all production duties as needed. Strong English, leadership, and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background leading teams in retail, production, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI and related programs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operation to meet budget and standards.
• Lead backroom production to move donations to the sales floor efficiently.
• Supervise production staff to meet goals (110 garments/hour; 90% quality).
• Maintain safe, clean, organized backroom and workflow.
• Schedule employees to ensure coverage and timely processing.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before floor placement.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals and coaching staff.
• Perform duties of all store production personnel as needed.
