Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production activities, guiding the backroom team to move items efficiently from donation doorway to sales floor.

You will convert donations into revenue while maintaining a safe, clean, organized environment. You will lead production staff to meet targets (110 garments/hour, 90% quality) and optimize workflows, coordinating with transportation and district managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background leading teams in retail, production, manufacturing, or assembly.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budget and policy standards.
• Lead backroom production to move donations from door to sales floor efficiently.
• Convert donations into revenue while maintaining safe, clean workspace.
• Supervise production staff to meet minimums (110 garments/hour, 90% quality).
• Ensure backroom workflow is optimized and inventory accuracy is maintained.
• Conduct quality checks and textile rack counts; monitor waste and sellable merchandise.
• Coordinate with transportation and district managers on daily needs.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and meet production goals.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving/exceeding sales goals and coaching staff.
