Job summary

Goodwill is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations. You will lead the backroom production team to ensure a smooth flow from donation intake to the sales floor while meeting budget and safety standards.

The role requires supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality checks on merchandise to maximize revenue and minimize waste. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background in retail, production, or distribution operations.
• Must be able to pass MVR and provide valid driver's license.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budget and policies.
• Lead backroom production team to move donations from donation door to sales floor efficiently.
• Ensure donations are processed to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before it is placed on the sales floor.
• Monitor back-room supply levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Schedule employees to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Train and coach production employees to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free backroom environment.
