Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations, ensuring fast flow from donation door to sales floor while meeting budget and safety standards.

You will supervise production staff, coordinate with transportation and district managers, and maintain organized backrooms, inventory accuracy, and clean conditions. Flexibility to work nights/weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in retail sales, production, or related fields is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass MVR check with valid license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budget and safety standards.
• Lead backroom production team to move donations from door to sales floor efficiently.
• Supervise production staff to meet hourly garment output targets with quality checks.
• Maintain backroom workflow to maximize production and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular quality checks on merchandise before placing on sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with supplies ordering as needed.
• Coordinate daily needs with transportation and District Managers.
• Ensure all donations are processed expediently from donation door to sales floor.
• Maintain safe and clean backroom areas and proper scheduling for production goals.
• Assist Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement contingency plans when needed.
