Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is hiring for an entry-level operations role in Glendale, AZ. The position involves day-to-day decision making, supporting training, and ensuring a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will help coordinate onboarding, assist donors and Team Members, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet operational goals. The role includes strong emphasis on customer service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Valid Arizona drivers' license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Makes routine day-to-day operational decisions within the assigned area.
• Adjusts priorities to support business goals.
• Communicates significant issues and follow-up to managers.
• Supports onboarding and training of team members.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-kept locations.
• Supports donation accuracy and daily donation counts.
