Job summary

Easterseals‑Goodwill is seeking a Production Associate to help process donations, sort merchandise for sale, and prepare items for the floor. You will greet guests and donors and assist with donation door tasks as needed, while staying aligned with ESGW Best Practices.

The role requires ability to work with diverse individuals, physical stamina for a full shift, and willingness to cross‑train across production duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with people with different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must tolerate temperature and humidity extremes.
• Physically capable of standing and moving throughout shift.
• Background check required; past convictions not automatic bar.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort merchandise.
• Replenish stock and prepare items for sale.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with donation door duties as needed.
