Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to perform donation handling, sorting merchandise for sale, replenishment, and store floor maintenance. You will greet guests and donors, assist at the donation door as needed, and stay cross-trained across production tasks to support daily goals.

The role emphasizes working with diverse abilities, physical stamina, and the ability to operate in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility.
• Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• A background check is required; past convictions not an automatic bar.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort/prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production as directed.
