Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to meet daily production goals by processing donations, sorting merchandise, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors.

This role requires cross-training across production areas, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to handle temperature and physical demands. ESGW offers a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Process donations.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.
