Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. (ESGW) is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations, donations processing, and merchandising in our facility.

The role requires flexibility to work across production tasks and assist guests and donors to ensure smooth flow of donations and sales. The candidate will be cross-trained to cover various parts of production, including stocking, merchandising, and donation intake.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires fine manipulation and use of hands.
• Background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort merchandise for sale.
• Prepare merchandise for display and restock shelves.
• Greet and assist guests and donors; provide information.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train and support all production tasks as directed.
