Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Background check required; past convictions not an automatic bar.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to Best Practices.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors; assist at donation door as needed.
