Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill in the United States seeks a Production Associate to support daily operations by processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors.

The role is cross-trained across production tasks, requires physical stamina, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, and store discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process donations; sort and prepare merchandise for sale, replenish stock, and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train to assist in all aspects of production as directed.
