Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations in our donation and sales environment. You will process donations, sort merchandise, replenish stock, and help prepare items for display while greeting guests and donors.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work with people of diverse abilities, and a willingness to be cross-trained across production tasks. A background check is part of our employment process.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.
