Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations at our Billings location. The role involves processing donations, sorting merchandise for sale, stocking shelves, and assisting guests and donors.

You will be cross-trained to help in all production areas as needed, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work well with people of varying abilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Duties include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
