Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations by processing donations, sorting merchandise for sale, and replenishing stock on the sales floor. You will greet guests and donors and assist with donations at the donation door as needed, with cross-training across production tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in handling items, adherence to best practices, and the ability to work in a busy environment with varied tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train to assist in all aspects of production.
