Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Attendant to support daily donation flow at the Donation Express Centers in Murfreesboro. You will greet donors, issue receipts, sort items, and keep the area organized and safe while representing Goodwill's hospitality.

The role requires a year of public-facing work, ability to lift 50 lbs, and capable independent work with attention to detail. Full-time availability with site opening/closing duties is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with the public is desired.
• Must be able to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple addition to complete paperwork.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts, displaying hospitality and courtesy.
• Open/close the site on schedule and manage daily operations.
• Sort and secure donations and assist with daily donation summaries.
• Record donor counts and communicate activity to supervisors.
• Keep the donation center clean and safe; report hazards.
