Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Donation Express Attendant at the Hillsboro-Green Hills DEC in Nashville. You will warmly greet donors, assist with unloading donations, provide receipts, and help keep the center organized and safe.

This role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors. You will work with the donations team to ensure accurate documentation and a courteous donor experience, reflecting Goodwill's

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull loads over 50 lbs.
• Experience working with the public is desired.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic for paperwork.
• Must present a neat, professional image for Goodwill.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and high-level customer service to donors.
• Greet donors promptly and cheerfully, provide donation receipts, and handle items with care and gratitude.
• Attend required DEC meetings and open/close site as scheduled.
• Sort, secure, and organize donations and record daily donations.
• Communicate donor activity and needs to supervisor in a timely manner.
