Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Attendant at Opportunity Campus. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help unload donations with care.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, recording daily totals, and keeping the center tidy and safe. The role requires the ability to lift heavy items and work with minimal supervision, with full-time benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public is desired.
• Must be able to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple addition for paperwork.
• Must be self-motivated to work independently toward goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate with all people.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and high level of customer service to donors.
• Open and close the site on schedule and maintain attendance.
• Sort and secure donations and record daily donations.
• Distribute receipts and communicate donation policies to donors.
• Keep the donation center clean and safe and report hazards.
• Attend mandatory DEC meetings and assist with flyers and information.
