Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Yuma, AZ to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will handle donations, label items, and assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise, following safety and process standards.

The role requires strong customer service, forklift capability, and the ability to pass a background check. A comprehensive benefits package and regular attendance are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling Gaylords correctly.
• Offer receipts to donors for all donations.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
