Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a motivated team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at our Tempe store. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and help customers with loading items as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within production and sales areas. The position requires excellent customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding customer service.
• Labeling of items and generation of receipts for donors.
• Assist with loading/unloading items and guidance for safe handling.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production areas per standards.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker and perform daily safety checks.
