Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Payson, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to join our team. You will lead an excellent customer and brand experience, handle donations, and place items correctly in the production room or sales floor.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with benefits and a focus on safety and community impact. You will welcome donors, provide receipts, label items, and assist customers with loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling and organizing merchandise per store standards.
• Ensure receipts are offered to every donor.
• Assist with loading/unloading furniture or items for customers.
• Maintain merchandise and production room organization per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
