Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Payson, AZ is seeking a Store Team Member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and store them for sale.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move items, and maintain regular attendance. Benefits including medical plans, retirement options, and time off are described in the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains sales floor and work station per standards.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or unauthorized handling.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and can lift, bend, push, and manipulate objects.
