Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a store team member in Payson, AZ. You will lead an excellent customer and brand experience, receive donations, label items, and help customers with loading and unloading furniture and other items. You will maintain merchandise organization and safety compliance while supporting cross-training and core value alignment.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsabilidades

• Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label items and ensure receipts are offered.
• Inquire about hazardous items and direct proper disposal.
• Prepare sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production area.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and follow safety rules.
• Provide floor care at the retail store as needed.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
