Goodwill Industries of Dallas is seeking a friendly, capable team member to greet customers and donors at the donation floor, process donations, issue receipts, and help keep the stockroom organized and accessible. You will assist coworkers, sort and price items, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and respond to emergencies following store procedures.

Strong English communication and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of textile articles related to garment classification (gowns, shirts, pants, etc).

Aufgaben

• Greet customers/donors with a courteous, friendly, professional attitude and provide prompt service.
• Receive donations and issue receipts; help donors with lifting items.
• Sort donations into carts/bins and judge quality of items.
• Sort and price hard goods (misc.).
• Keep the production area clean and safe; follow dress code.
• Provide general information to customers/donors; assist processors when needed.
