Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and presentable on the sales floor.
• Abide by policies and procedures set forth by Goodwill.
• Perform cash handling procedures as outlined by agency procedures.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Attend training as required and cross-train in all store areas.
