Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Sort donations according to Goodwill guidelines.
• Perform basic calculations to track donations and pricing within guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of incoming donations including pallet jack use.
• Load and sort materials; maintain donation records and issue receipts; assist training of team members.
