Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to support our mission by driving revenue at the donated goods store. You will greet donors and customers, assist with questions, and help process donations in line with Goodwill policies.

You will work under the Store Manager, participate in training store team members, volunteers, and clients, and help maintain clean, orderly displays while meeting production standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers and assisting with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Work quickly to ensure production standards, guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines.
• Perform basic calculations to track donations, count production, and price donated goods within Goodwill guidelines.
• Handle and process incoming donations following Goodwill policies, including pallet jack usage.
