Responsibilities

• Track and record daily donations from multiple platforms within set timeframes.
• Assist with daily mail processing with the finance team.
• Monitor revenue from direct mail and telemarketing campaigns.
• Support reconciliation of donation data across systems.
• Maintain donor and donation records in Salesforce and financial systems.
• Regularly review records to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and send receipts and acknowledgement letters.
• Execute Salesforce data cleanup projects and improve processes.
